What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must reside in Georgia, Texas, or North Carolina
Excellent people skills and a friendly, patient demeanor
Experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk, or clerical position
Must have a reliable hardwired internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous work experience at a call center is a plus
Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot minor computer issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and highly driven
