- Organize, categorize, and maintain digital documents for easy accessibility
- Input and update information into databases accurately
- Assist in basic financial tasks such as maintaining expense records
- Support compliance efforts by verifying banking information and addresses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening
- Customer service experience of at least one year
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to manage shared email inboxes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in bookkeeping or basic financial tasks
- Familiarity with data entry and database management
- Previous experience in a food and beverage industry
