Virtual Project Manager 15 Hours per Week (IC-CL)

Key Responsibilities
Ā Manage calendar and scheduling
Ā Schedule meetings across multiple global stakeholders
Ā Implement a project plan
Ā Manage emails, follow ups, reminders, and deadlines
Ā Oversee project implementations
Ā Manage tasks such as purchase and send thank you cards
Ā Use templates to create trackers and manage timelines
Ā Support various B2B engagements by fostering strong partnerships
Ā Create gantt charts
Ā Support all operations
Ā Assist in the transition from Asana to Monday
Ā Assist with various other projects / tasks
Ā Platforms:
Ā Google Suite
Ā Asana
Ā Monday
Ā Network for Good
Ā Experience in project management (a must)
Ā Experience with gantt charts and PM software (a must)
Ā Experience with a nonprofit (a plus)
Ā Experience with Monday (a plus)
Ā Availability to meet on Monday afternoons with the team 1:30pm EST - 4:00pm EST
Ā Ability to structure and organize complex projects with clear timelines and deliverables
Ā Eager and willing to learn
Ā Team player
Ā Detail oriented
Ā Intuitively organized
Ā Self-starter and ability to work independently
Ā 15 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
Ā Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
