Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Prior experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
