Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program
Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means
Quickly assess user issues and offer first-level support for problem resolution
Document resolution information and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
Suggest recommendations to management for operational challenges
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pharmacy Technician experience required
HIPAA certification
Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
