Virtual Personal Trainer (Remote – Texas Residents Only | 1099 Contractor) Compensation: $26–$29 per session (based on experience) Schedule: Starting off part-time, with potential to grow to 30–40 sessions per week About the Position: NaviWell Group is seeking a motivated, professional, and passionate Virtual Personal Trainer (must reside in Texas) to join our growing wellness team. This remote role is ideal for a trainer who enjoys helping clients improve their health in a clinical, telehealth setting focused on long-term wellness and preventive care. You’ll work directly with patients referred by their primary care physician and help them reach their fitness and health goals through customized virtual one-on-one training sessions. What We’re Looking For: • Must reside in the state of Texas • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or similar) • CPR/AED certified • Comfortable working with beginners, seniors, and patients with health challenges • Strong communication and tech-savvy skills (virtual visits require clear, confident guidance and coordination) • Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated • Experience in a clinical or wellness setting is a plus • Must have access to a clean, organized, and quiet space for conducting on-camera sessions • Reliable internet connection and video setup (camera, microphone, lighting) for professional virtual sessions Key Responsibilities: • Conduct virtual 1:1 personal training sessions with patients in a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform • Help patients build strength, improve mobility, and lose weight • Guide patients through lifestyle education • Chart sessions in patient medical records • Track client progress and communicate with the supervising provider • Maintain a welcoming, safe, and encouraging training environment—even in a virtual space • Coordinate session logistics and tech setup with patients as needed Job Type: • Part-time (1099 Independent Contractor) Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Remote work • Opportunities for advancement Work Location: Remote / Virtual (Must reside in Texas) Client Locations: Texas Job Type: Part-time Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Opportunities for advancement Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
