Virtual Personal Assistant – Administrative, Scheduling & Record-Keeping Support (Part-Time)

I am seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Personal Assistant to support ongoing administrative, scheduling, communication, and record-keeping tasks for my business and personal responsibilities.

This role is administrative only and it follows clear instructions, scripts, templates, and checklists. The assistant will help keep records organized, communications consistent, and routine tasks executed on schedule. No financial decision-making, legal advice, negotiations, or money movement are involved.

Responsibilities include managing calendars and scheduling, communicating with clients and contacts using provided templates, answering and returning phone calls using scripts and logging outcomes, organizing documents and digital files, recording purchases and expenses in simple spreadsheets, preparing summaries for tax-time review (no tax filing), tracking third-party expenditures and preparing year-end summaries, and sending prepared letters or emails while tracking responses and deadlines.

This role requires strong organization, discretion, attention to detail, and comfort working with structured processes. Confidentiality is essential, and an NDA will be required. Prior experience as a virtual assistant, personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative support professional is preferred.

The position is part-time with flexible scheduling and has long-term potential for the right fit

This is a part-time role only requiring around 5 hours a week to start, with flexibility as needed
