Virtual Paralegal, Drafter
Description: • Accurately enter and review client data into drafting software systems • Draft legal documents using provided software, templates and checklists • Proofread and edit documents to eliminate errors and ensure consistency • Conduct document reviews for formatting, grammar, and internal consistency • Assist attorneys by completing assignments on time and ahead of schedule • Manage and prioritize multiple client files and tasks simultaneously • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient workflows Requirements: • Perfectionist with a high level of personal pride in their work • High Integrity: someone who takes seriously the consequences of their mistakes • Enjoys catching errors and achieving 100% accuracy in documents • Thrives in work that requires meticulous attention to detail • Loves finishing and checking off completed projects • Comfortable managing multiple assignments and deadlines • Excited to learn drafting systems like WealthCounsel, Adapt/ForeTrust, or LEAP • Curious, self-driven, and eager to grow professionally • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST (potentially flexible after training Benefits: • $500 bonus at 90 days and $1,800 available in annual performance bonuses • 13th month pay • Performance-based bonuses • Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents. • Annual continuing education budget to support professional development Apply tot his job
