About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented paraplanner to support our team of CFP® professionals in serving existing and prospective clients. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone passionate about financial planning and committed to high ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Support CFP® advisors with client servicing and meeting preparation
• Run financial planning projections and reports (MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, etc.)
• Input and maintain client data (WealthBox, ShareFile, Excel, Zoom, Slack)
• Assist with research and financial plan development
• Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of financial planning experience
• Preferred: FPQP, AFC®, or MQFP® candidate
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage deadlines in a remote setting
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to teamwork
Compensation
• W2 position
• Starting salary: $57,000/year
