Coordinate with airlines to secure bookings, negotiate fares, and communicate special requests or accommodations.
Stay informed about flight schedules, routes, and pricing to provide clients with the best available options for their travel needs.
Process payments and issue tickets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all booking details.
Assist clients with any changes, cancellations, or adjustments to their reservations, following established procedures and policies.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to optimize processes, streamline operations, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in flight reservations, travel booking, or related customer service roles preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
