Requirements:
2+ years of loan closing experience.
Knowledge of HARP and Conventional loan closing requirements.
Proficiency in reviewing title commitments and closing disclosures.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Underwrite loans according to client guidelines.

Requirements:
2+ years of current conventional mortgage underwriting experience.
Knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
NMLS-MLO licensure preferred.

Requirements:
3+ years of loan processing experience.
