Virtual Mental Health Therapist - Full-Time Position in California

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Deliver remote therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
ā¢ Utilize proven therapeutic methods to guide clients toward meaningful progress.
ā¢ Design treatment plans that evolve with client goals.
ā¢ Offer insights to support emotional and behavioral growth.
ā¢ Maintain thorough documentation using an easy-to-use online system.
Requirements
ā¢ A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
ā¢ An active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license.
ā¢ Three years of experience in an outpatient or virtual care setting.
ā¢ Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
ā¢ Tech proficiency for digital record-keeping.
