What Youll Do:
Document real-time patient encounters during live virtual consultations in Electronic Health Records (EHR).Assist in managing medication lists, treatment plans, follow-ups, and patient education.Coordinate lab orders, diagnostic tests, and communicate results empathetically and professionally.Transcribe and edit medical notes with accuracy, adhering to U.S. clinical standards.Ensure HIPAA-compliant, thorough, and accurate patient records.Collaborate with physicians to address documentation discrepancies.Manage prior authorizations, insurance verifications, and other admin tasks as needed.Stay updated on U.S. medical terminology, charting standards, and EHR tools.
Who Should Apply:
