Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support our doctor, Home Care Nursing, in delivering exceptional patient care. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

ā¢ Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
ā¢ Time Zone: Central Time, USA
ā¢ Shift Timings: Rotational
ā¢ Salary : Market Competitive + Short Term & Long Term Benefits
ā¢ Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant field
ā¢ Doctor's Specialty: Home Care Rursing
Requirements:
ā¢ Proven Experience with Front Desk duties, answering patient calls.
ā¢ Proven Experience with Checking eligibilities and benefits.
ā¢ Proven Experience with Updating patient information on charts in EMR.
ā¢ Proven experience in front desk duties within US Healthcare system
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
ā¢ Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting co-pays and updating medical charts.
ā¢ Experience with : Handling phone calls
ā¢ Experience with : Scheduling appointments.
ā¢ Experience with : Reschedule appointments
ā¢ Experience with : Answering queries
ā¢ Experience with : Fax / Emails
ā¢ Experience with : Ring Central
ā¢ Experience with : Home Care Nursing specialty
ā¢ Must be fluent in English
