We are seeking a Virtual Medical Assistant specializing in Data Entry to support our client, a Cardiologist/Surgeon, operating in the Mountain Time zone. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry processes, contributing to the smooth functioning of the medical practice.

ā¢ Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
ā¢ Time Zone: Mountain Time, USA
ā¢ Shift Timings: Rotational
ā¢ Salary : Market Competitive + Short Term & Long Term Benefits
ā¢ Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant field
ā¢ Doctor's Specialty: Cardiologist/Surgeon
Requirements:
ā¢ Proven experience in data entry, preferably in US healthcare setting.
ā¢ Experience with Data entry and auditing of the rest of the team work.
ā¢ Experience with Reviewing referrals, logging into hospital portals to get records for the next day patients, renaming records, attaching records, etc.
ā¢ Experience with Double checking incoming referrals.
ā¢ Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
ā¢ Ability to work effectively in the Mountain Time zone to align with client schedules.
