Key Responsibilities
? Facilitate engaging, story-driven math sessions for small groups of students.

? Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages students to make mistakes and collaborate on problem-solving.
? Maintain communication with parents to provide progress updates and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree (Teaching credential is preferred).
? Prior experience teaching elementary or middle school math subjects.
? Familiarity with existing curriculum and lesson plans.
? Proficient in technology and capable of troubleshooting technical issues.
? Availability to teach a minimum of 12 hours weekly, including evenings, holidays, and Sundays.
? Access to a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a functional computer.
? Strong passion for working with elementary students in a remote learning setting.
? Ability to start immediately and successfully pass a background check.
