Virtual Life Skills Group Facilitator - Behavioral Health
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Job description: Candidate must be based in Texas. PsychPlus is seeking a Virtual Life Skills Group Facilitator to lead engaging, therapeutic group sessions for individuals in mental and behavioral health programs. This is a fully remote role. Responsibilities: • Facilitate virtual life skills group sessions (communication, coping skills, emotional regulation, daily functioning) • Encourage participation while maintaining a safe and supportive group environment • Follow structured curricula and evidence-based practices • Document session notes and participant progress in the EHR • Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to support treatment goals • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field OR equivalent experience • Prior experience in mental health or behavioral health settings preferred • Comfortable facilitating virtual group sessions • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills • Reliable internet and ability to work remotely • Availability to start as soon as possible Why Join PsychPlus: • Mission-driven mental health organization • Fully remote role with flexible scheduling • Supportive, collaborative clinical team Application Question(s): • Do you have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in mental health or behavioral health? • Do you have prior experience facilitating or co-facilitating group sessions (virtual or in-person)? • Are you available to work per diem, Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM ? • Do you have license?
