Virtual IOP Counselor (Remote – Day or Evening Shift) Location: Remote (Serving Virginia-based clients) Department: Clinical Services Type: Part-Time | Monday–Thursday | No Weekends Pay: $28–$32/hour (based on experience and licensure) About BeBold Recovery BeBold Recovery is a mission-driven outpatient center based in Norfolk, VA, committed to helping individuals build long-term recovery. We offer PHP, IOP, and continuing care services. As we expand, we’re looking for passionate, licensed counselors to support our clients virtually. Position Summary We’re hiring a Virtual IOP Counselor to lead online group therapy sessions and provide individual support to clients in our Intensive Outpatient Program. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a direct impact in people’s lives. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate virtual IOP group therapy sessions via Zoom or telehealth platform • Conduct online assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Provide one-on-one counseling and case management through secure video calls • Refer clients to outside resources (housing, legal aid, employment, etc.) • Track progress, document all services in the EHR system • Collaborate with the clinical team and attend virtual staff meetings • Support discharge planning and aftercare follow-up Schedule Options • Day Shift IOP: TBD • Evening Shift IOP: TBD • Part-time role: Monday–Thursday, up to 16 hours/week (remote) Qualifications Required: • Active license in Virginia: CSAC, CSAC-A, QMHP-A, LPC, or LCSW • 2+ year of experience in addiction counseling or behavioral health • Must reside in Virginia and be authorized to work in the U.S. • Comfortable with Zoom/telehealth platforms and EHR documentation Preferred: • Experience in IOP or virtual treatment settings • Familiarity with trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders Benefits • Remote work from anywhere in Virginia • 401(k) with 2% employer match • Health, dental, and vision insurance (50% employer-paid) • 15 paid time off (PTO) days annually • Paid holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) • Flexible full-time schedule • Supportive clinical team and professional development opportunities Job Type: Part-time Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 per week Education: • Master's (Required) Experience: • Virtual IOP Groups : 2 years (Required) License/Certification: • QMHP, CSAC, LCSW, LPC, (Required) Location: • Virginia (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
