As a Virtual Infection Prevention / Medical Surgical Inside Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Conducting outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads. Responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and providing information about products or services. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (2) years of sales experience. • OR Associate Degree AND (4) years of sales experience. • Previous experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or inside sales. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working both in the office and remotely. • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
