We are seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
ā¢ Provide accurate information about products and services
ā¢ Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints
ā¢ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
ā¢ Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
ā¢ Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately
Experience
ā¢ Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
ā¢ Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
ā¢ Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
ā¢ Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
ā¢ Ability to type efficiently and accurately
ā¢ Experience in sales or outbound calling is an advantage

Pay: $36,770.00 - $40,475.00 per year
