**The Role**

As a Virtual Inbound Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt, helpful, and friendly support. This is a remote position, ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and enjoy problem-solving. You will be working independently in a remote environment, but will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**

β€’ **Answer incoming calls and messages from customers**: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
β€’ **Assist customers with product information, order updates, and general inquiries**: Provide customers with detailed information about our products and services, as well as updates on their orders and general inquiries.
β€’ **Resolve complaints or escalate them as needed**: Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize with their issues, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed.
β€’ **Maintain accurate records of customer interactions**: Document customer interactions, including conversations, emails, and chats, to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
β€’ **Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction**: Adhere to careerzynith's policies and procedures, while prioritizing customer satisfaction and ensuring that customer needs are met.

**Qualifications**

β€’ **Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not required)**: While prior experience in customer service is preferred, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are willing to train the right candidate.
β€’ **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**: Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
