Virtual HR Coordinator Jobs - Part-Time Remote Work
Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a proactive and organized Virtual HR Coordinator to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities
ā¢ * Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
ā¢ * Maintain and update employee records using HR software systems.
ā¢ * Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, drafting communications, and scheduling meetings.
ā¢ * Assist in onboarding new employees, including sharing training materials and conducting virtual orientations.
ā¢ * Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and track feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction.
ā¢ * Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
ā¢ * Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.
ā¢ * Support performance review cycles and maintain related documentation.
ā¢ Required Skills and Qualifications
ā¢ * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
ā¢ * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
ā¢ * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ā¢ * Proficiency in using HR management software and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
ā¢ * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
ā¢ * Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
ā¢ * Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
ā¢ Experience
ā¢ * 1 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred (entry-level candidates with relevant internships or training will also be considered).
ā¢ Working Hours
ā¢ * Part-time: 20 25 hours per week.
ā¢ * Flexible schedule with the ability to accommodate varying time zones as needed.
ā¢ Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
