Position Available: Behavioral Health Specialist/Direct Care • Pay: $19.50 - $23.50 per hour (DOE) • Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (On-Call) • Shifts Available: AM, PM, and Overnight (We welcome both newbies and seasoned pros!) Key Responsibilities: • Be the superhero for our clients—ensure their safety and build amazing relationships! • Help clients tackle group activities and individual challenges with a smile. • Document progress and share your insights with the team. • Create a fun and supportive environment where everyone can thrive! • Lead daily activities, from chores to meals, and everything in between. • Keep track of daily notes and communicate with our awesome treatment teams. • Supervise medication self-administration and ensure everyone stays safe during detox. • Drive residents to exciting community outings in our company vehicle—adventure awaits! • Stay up-to-date with all the cool trainings and certifications. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required. • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred. • Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings a plus. • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for insurance coverage for driving the company’s vehicles. • Must become CPI and CPR certified within first 30 days. Compensation for this role ranges from $19.50-$23.50 per hour depending on education and experience.
