Responsibilities:
Ā Flight Booking: Process flight reservations accurately and efficiently, including ticket bookings, seat selections, upgrades, cancellations, and modifications, according to client preferences and specifications.
Ā Booking Coordination: Coordinate bookings with airlines worldwide to secure the best available options for clients, considering factors such as price, schedule, airline preferences, and travel requirements.
Ā Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and live chat to assist with flight inquiries, provide travel recommendations, and... address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Ā Price Comparison: Research and compare flight options from different airlines and booking platforms to ensure competitive pricing and value-added services for our clients.
Ā Confirmation and Documentation: Confirm flight reservations with clients and airlines, providing detailed confirmation documents and instructions to ensure a smooth check-in process for clients.
Ā Payment Processing: Process payments for flight reservations, collect deposits, and manage invoicing and billing in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ā Travel Assistance: Provide clients with essential information about their flights, including departure/arrival times, layovers, baggage allowances, and any additional services or requirements.
Ā Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or concerns related to flight reservations, such as flight delays, cancellations, or changes, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
