Job Summary
The Virtual Financial Officer will be responsible for managing the full back-office accounting functions for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to the highest standards of financial management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Β Manage Accounting Functions: Oversee all back-office accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance for multiple clients.
Β Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for clients.
Β Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
