Virtual Extensive Support Needs Educator - Remote | WFH
Are you passionate about teaching and ready to make a difference from the comfort of your home? We are seeking dedicated educators to join our team for the 2024-25 school year. As a Virtual Educator, you'll deliver engaging instruction to students through our district's virtual platform, collaborate with in-class facilitators, and participate in professional development and faculty... meetings.
Schedule
7:30 AM - 3:30 PM PST
Key Responsibilities
Teach the school curriculum using the district's virtual platform.
Attend district professional development and faculty meetings.
Record and track student progress.
Partner with an in-class facilitator who will be present with students.
Requirements
Authorization to work in the U.S. and an active state-issued public teaching certification in Extensive Support Needs or Moderate/Severe.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Ability to complete a Virtual Skills Teaching Demonstration and submit a background check.
Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet.
Prior online teaching experience is a plus.
