Join a leading Corporate Events Management Firm as a Virtual Event Planner and coordinate engaging virtual conferences, webinars, and corporate gatherings for top clients.
Position: Virtual Event Planner β Corporate Events
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2β5 Years in Event Planning or Virtual Event Management
Salary Range: $65,000β$80,000 per year + Benefits + Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Plan, organize, and execute virtual corporate events from concept to completion
β’ Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives, budget, and audience needs
β’ Select and manage virtual event platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Hopin, ON24, etc.)
β’ Develop event timelines, run-of-show documents, and technical rehearsal schedules
β’ Oversee speaker coordination, presentation materials, and session recordings
β’ Manage event registration, attendee engagement tools, and post-event surveys
β’ Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth event execution
β’ Prepare post-event reports, analytics, and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications & Eligibility:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
β’ Proven experience planning and executing virtual or hybrid corporate events
β’ Strong knowledge of virtual event platforms and digital engagement tools
β’ Excellent project management, multitasking, and communication skills
β’ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple events simultaneously
β’ Creative mindset with attention to detail and customer service focus
