Key Responsibilities
• Design, plan, and execute a variety of virtual events, including webinars, online workshops, career fairs, and networking events.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, from platform selection and setup to speaker coordination, content management, and attendee registration.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, talent acquisition) to define event objectives, target audiences, and promotional strategies.
• Oversee event technology, including platform configuration, audio/visual requirements, and real-time technical support during live events.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Analyze event performance metrics, gather feedback, and provide comprehensive post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements.
• Research and integrate new virtual event technologies and engagement tools to enhance attendee experience.
Required Skills
• Proven experience (3+ years) in virtual event planning and execution.
• Proficiency with leading virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Microsoft Teams, Hopin, Remo, Bizzabo).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to troubleshoot technical issues during live events.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles and strategies for event promotion.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in Event Management or a related field.
