VIRTUAL DENTAL ASSISTANT (Remote outside of US)
Welcome! We're a growing dental practice looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support our team from behind the scenes.
This is a fully remote role ā perfect for someone who works well independently and takes pride in doing things right.
ABOUT US:
We're a busy family and cosmetic dental practice seeing 20-30 patients a day. While you won't be in the office with us, your work directly impacts the patient experience. We need someone we can count on.
WHAT YOU'LL START WITH:
ā¢ Dental insurance verification (we'll train you!)
ā¢ Answering NP calls
ā¢ Confirming patient eligibility and benefits
ā¢ Communicating with insurance companies
ā¢ Keeping accurate records in our system
WHERE THIS CAN GO:
ā¢ Inbound patient calls ā scheduling, questions, follow-ups Outbound calls ā appointment reminders, recall outreach
ā¢ Additional administrative support as you grow with us
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
ā¢ Self-starter ā you don't need constant supervision
ā¢ Excellent communication skills ā friendly, clear, professional
ā¢ Detail-oriented ā insurance work requires accuracy
ā¢ Willingness to learn ā dental experience is a plus (we use Open Dental)
ā¢ Reliable ā you show up, follow through, and get it done
REQUIREMENTS:
ā¢ Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
ā¢ Computer with headset for calls
ā¢ Available during EST business hours (or flexible overlap)
ā¢ Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
ā¢ Experience with insurance verification is a plus, but we'll train the right person
WHAT WE OFFER:
ā¢ Flexible remote work ā no commute, work from home
ā¢ Training and support to get you up to speed
ā¢ Room to grow as we grow
This starts as a part-time role with potential to expand based on performance.
Pay: $5.00 - $11.00 per hour
