Key Responsibilities

Perform routine data cleaning, cross‑checking entries against source documents to ensure completeness and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality of all respondent information, adhering to data‑privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
Generate preliminary reports and summaries on data entry progress for project managers.
Identify and flag anomalies, duplicate records, or incomplete submissions for further review.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve data discrepancies swiftly.
Support the research operations team by uploading supplemental files, images, and audio recordings when required.
Participate in periodic virtual training sessions to stay current on new data entry tools and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
