**Job Summary**

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting with clients virtually to discuss their benefits options and help them select the best plan for their family's needs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule. Your goal will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, provide attentive customer service, and respond to and resolve any questions or concerns they may have.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and schedule Zoom meetings with them
* Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
* Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
* Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
* Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
* Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
* Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the insurance or benefits industry
* Familiarity with Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, etc.)
