**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Following up on client cases to ensure that our customers receive the support they deserve
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
