Primary focus is answering the phone for customers who have questions about booking a tour.
Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide solutions.
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients and understanding their needs.
Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services that meet customer requirements.
Handle data entry tasks accurately, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date in our systems.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support as needed.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and using social media.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns are essential for success in this role.
