Β Handle inbound calls for dealership clients, providing top-notch customer service.
Β Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor while assisting customers.
Β Work effectively in a team-based environment to achieve common goals.
Β Schedule service appointments and address basic inquiries.
Β Update and manage customer and vehicle information accurately.
Β Resolve customer concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer standards.
Β Conduct outbound calls using pre-designed scripts for service/sales follow-up.
Β Comply with company policies related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.

Β Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Β A quiet, distraction-free workplace.
Β High-speed internet and a compatible wired headset.
Β Proficient typing skills (minimum of 35 words per minute).
Β Previous customer service experience is required.
