Duties

Requirements
ā¢ Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written
ā¢ Ability to multitask and navigate computerized systems efficiently
ā¢ Prior experience in client services or an office setting is a plus
ā¢ Multilingual skills are advantageous but not required
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer support
ā¢ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
