Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO)

Your Mission As a vCIO at ONE 2 ONE, you’ll own the strategic direction, alignment, and success of assigned client accounts. You’ll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring every IT initiative drives meaningful business impact. You’ll be accountable for: • Strategy, Alignment & Road mapping for clients • Client Relationship Management and retention • Client Sales Growth, Forecasting, and Budgeting • Risk Management & Compliance Oversight • Key Account Leadership for assigned VCIO portfolios What You’ll Do • Develop long-term IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing VCIO sessions • Build and manage IT budgets, lifecycle plans, and technology forecasts • Identify and mitigate security, compliance, and operational risks • Partner with account managers, engineers, and support teams to deliver on strategy • Recommend upgrades, migrations, and standardizations to reduce risk and improve efficiency • Deliver impactful sales presentations and consultative recommendations • Support strategic sales and marketing campaigns; contribute to new business wins • Represent ONE 2 ONE at community events, vendor trainings, and industry conferences ❤️ Our Culture At ONE 2 ONE, we lead with integrity, serve with heart, and push boundaries together.
