About the position
Virtual Chat Support ADF Medical Services Inc. We're hiring a responsive and professional Virtual Chat Support agent to assist our patients and clients online. If you're a fast type with a helpful attitude and great written communication ā we want to hear from you. Role: Virtual Chat Support Agent Department: Customer Support & Patient Services Location: Fully Remote T ype: Full-Time / Part-Time
Responsibilities
⢠Respond to patient and client inquiries in real time via live chat
⢠Provide helpful information on services, scheduling, and billing
⢠Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism
⢠Document all interactions accurately in our support system
⢠Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
⢠Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
Requirements
⢠1+ year of chat support or online customer service experience
⢠Excellent written communication and grammar skills
⢠Typing speed of 45+ WPM with accuracy
⢠Comfortable managing multiple chats at once
⢠Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
Nice-to-haves
⢠Medical or healthcare background is a plus but not required
