Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat. • Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and account details. • Assist clients with tracking, troubleshooting, and general support requests. • Escalate more complex issues to supervisors or the appropriate department. • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company system. • Ensure a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in all communications. • Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with tools and procedures.
