Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with order tracking, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Proactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Document and update customer information in the companys CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate... unresolved issues or provide feedback from customer interactions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed.
Continuously improve through feedback and training on new products or tools.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, or similar role.
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with chat platforms, CRM software, and basic computer skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or online retail environments.
Experience in providing tech support or troubleshooting via chat.
Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
