As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Walmart customers through online chat platforms. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Engage with customers via online chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues regarding Walmart products and services.
Ā Assist customers with order placement, product information, account issues, billing inquiries, and general questions.
Ā Utilize Walmart's internal systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:
Ā Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
Ā Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
Ā Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other digital communication tools.
Ā Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and rationally in stressful situations.
Ā Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
