Virtual Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) DAYS *ONSITE*

You will play a vital role in ensuring resident safety by providing continuous remote monitoring for residents at risk of falls, elopement, or self-harm. Your vigilance and proactive communication will help prevent adverse events and enhance the overall resident experience.How you Will make a difference• Complete continuous visualization of the resident via remote monitoring equipment. Continuous visual observation of resident(s) always using room safety camera to identify potential harm to self or others.This includes dislodging of drains, tubes, IV's, getting up unassisted, etc.• Communicate with facility nurses to determine when cameras should be adjusted for privacy during daily care, physician visits, etc.• Obtain a verbal report from the resident's nurse, including ambulation limitations and course of action for redirection, care needs, diagnosis, and any special considerations (NPO status, bed alarms, mobility restrictions, etc.).• Collaborate with the manager for concerns not requiring immediate physical intervention.• Observe the resident's activity and behavior and redirect the resident as needed.
