Duties
• Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls from customers
• Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, or billing inquiries
• Utilize computer systems for data entry, updating account information, and tracking interactions
• Assist callers with scheduling appointments or follow-up on packages
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to phone etiquette standards at all times
• Document call details thoroughly for future reference and quality assurance purposes
Experience
• Prior experience in a virtual call center is preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with data entry and CRM software
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages such as Spanish or French
• Knowledge of various CRM systems enhances effectiveness in handling all incoming and outgoing inquiries
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and active listening techniques
• Ability to analyze information quickly and provide accurate responses in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
