Position Overview:
The role of a Virtual BDC Agent, (Customer Engagement Specialist), is a vital member of the Virtual BDC department. Assigned team members are responsible for managing daily operations including inbound and outbound calls, text messages and emails.
Qualifications:
Prospective candidates must demonstrate prior experience in the following:
Call Center Experience is REQUIRED
Prior professional exposure to customer service, sales positions
Articulate. strong communication skills
Results driven, high-performance standards
Ability to work remotely, understand technology requirements
Required Schedule Availability ( All in Central Timezone)
Must be available 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm &/or 11am-8pm
Responsibilities & Tasks:
The following is a breakdown of tasks expected to be completed during ones time in this position.
Consistent oversight of all assigned leads
Schedule 10+ quality appointments per day
Accurate data reporting, performacec tracking
Professional presentation to assigned partners
Mastery of all Owner Connect scripts, word tracks & process
Compensation:
Potential candidates are eligible for the following compensation opportunities:
Hourly pay rate, overtime opportunities
