Key Responsibilities:
Ā Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Ā Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and live chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ā Document Management: Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Ā Data Entry: Enter and update data in various systems and databases.
Ā Customer Support: Provide support to clients and answer their inquiries.
Ā Research: Conduct research and compile information as needed.
Ā Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating and managing projects.
Ā Record Keeping: Maintain and update records and files.
Ā Expense Management: Track and manage expenses and assist with budget preparation.
Ā Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
Ā Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ā Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
