Duties/Responsibilities include (but are never limited to):
- Work directly with team members on multiple projects.
- Meticulously track incoming and outgoing data.
- Writing skills are a necessity
- Analytical skills and creativity are a huge plus.
- Communicate effectively with team members via email, IM, chat, and phone.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Flexible
- Proactive
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant.
- Super organized!! Super with a capital 'S'.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Unafraid to ask questions and then, when needed, ask again.
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects, without dropping the ball.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately.
- Tech Savvy with strong understanding of online systems & tools.
- Ability to learn new software/technologies quickly.
Logistics:
- A typical work week is 20-40 hours/week.
- A typical work schedule is a few hours in the mornings and afternoons with specific projects on
occasional evenings, and some email responses during the day.
- Entire team works remotely and every member understands the nature of having family
obligations.
