Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding professionally and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
• Support social media management and content scheduling as needed.
• Process expense reports and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments and projects.
• Proactively identify and address administrative challenges to improve workflow efficiency.

Required Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
• Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Slack)
