$25 - $50/Hour
We are looking for an organized and professional virtual assistant to handle all communications with the company from a remote position. The virtual assistant's responsibilities will also include managing corporate schedules.
Responsibilities :
Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
Schedule meetings with clients.
Manage travel plans for employees.
Issue invoices to clients.
Update the company website and social media accounts.
Requirements :
A high school qualification or equivalent
Prior experience as an administrative assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Highly organized.
Support the goals of organization
Coordinate activities with the developer teams
Manage custom applications for development team
Develop organizational/structural concepts for Web site projects
Deliver clean, high... quality code on schedule in a rapid development cycle
Creating the flash ads but also needs to be able to guide the client
Ensure adherence with the software development cycle
Assist with creating employee development plans
Stay current with software development technology
Lead development working with a SCRUM Master
Support development needs within the business
Support development of research and analysis
Work in a collaborative team environment
Manage the development for key system-wide customizations
Participate in development, design and testing in PRPC
Lead a team responsible for all aspects of applications programming and development for assigned projects
Captured and accounted for in the development process by integrating service desk function with the software development life-cycle
Lead development of test plans and execution on interfaces
Work and learn on cutting edge software development
Oversee the implementation of platform specific development guidelines
