Ā Coordinate and manage appointments, showings, and open houses
Ā Assist in drafting and preparing real estate documents, such as contracts and agreements
Ā Manage and update property listings on various real estate platforms
Ā Respond to inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate information
Ā Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights into current real estate trends
Ā Prepare comparative market analysis (CMA) reports for clients
Ā Maintain client databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Ā Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management, content creation, and video editing
Ā Cold calling potential clients (if you're in a sales position)
Ā Provide general administrative support to the real estate team as needed
Requirements
Ā Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate assistant or in a similar role
Ā Strong knowledge of real estate processes and terminology
Ā Experience with social media management for real estate is a plus
Ā Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ā Proficient in real estate software and platforms, such as MLS, Zapier, Go High Level, other CRM systems, and online listing platforms
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ā Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
