Virtual Assistant, Real Estate
Job Description:
• Manage projects on behalf of real estate clients, ensuring deadlines are met
• Perform a variety of virtual assistant tasks including scheduling, emailing, lead conversion management, research projects, and data entry
• Professionally communicate with clients and adapt to changing priorities, needs, and deadlines using clients' business values and processes
• Work flexible hours starting at 20 hours per week with potential to grow to 40 hours per week
• Meet typical project turnaround times of 1–2 days
• Fully remote role within the United States
Requirements:
• Experience working in the Real Estate Industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to a variety of styles and client priorities
• Self-starter attitude; comfortable with an open-ended problem and creating a suggested plan from that
• Project and process management experience, managing deadlines and several priorities
• Critical thinking and the ability to reprioritize projects when needed
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Availability to work 20–40 hours per week with a largely weekday-based schedule
