At Clear View Counseling & Consulting, our mission is to provide trauma-informed care that changes lives. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who wants to play an important behind-the-scenes role in supporting our therapists so they can focus on healing clients.
What You’ll Do
• Send and gather intake paperwork from new clients
• Follow a call script for potential new clients and match to therapists
• Enter and update client info in our EHR (TheraNest)
• Flag missing documents and assist with file audits
• Organize Google Drive files and shared docs
• Manage email reminders and light scheduling
• Support social media posting and basic marketing tasks
• Provide general admin support to Director and Billing Manager
What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Tech savvy (Google Workspace, Excel; EHR or CRM experience a plus)
• Clear communicator (written + verbal)
• Self-starter who can work independently with deadlines
• Previous VA, admin, or office support experience preferred
• Someone who is innovative and enjoys creating/fine-tuning systems
• Previous mental health or medical office support a bonus!!
What You’ll Get
• Flexible, remote-first position (with some optional in-office tasks if in the area)
• $20–$25/hour depending on experience
• 8–10 hours per week, with potential to grow
